The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator will champion the principles of pharmaceutical care in drug therapy management by being responsible for the following:
Planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the performance of clinical
?pharmacy activities.
Provide clinical/drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
Development and execution of drug utilization reviews
Evaluation of requests for addition to the formulary-Evaluates clinical skills of pharmacists and provides performance review input for staff
?development. An active member of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
Participate in the selection and hiring of pharmacists
Precepts and coordinates the precepting of pharmacy students
Acting as staff pharmacist when deemed necessary by the Director of Pharmacy
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy

Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD, preferred, from an accredited college of pharmacy required. Completion of an ASHP accredited residency is preferred but not required.

Experience: ? A minimum of three years pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required. One year of prior clinical pharmacy work experience is required.

Licensure, Registration, Certification: ? Current Missouri pharmacist license or ability to acquire Missouri licensure within 90 days. Active membership in pharmacy organizations is encouraged.

Mental/Physical Requirements: (May be met with appropriate accommodations if deemed necessary): Considerable mental concentration for sustained periods of time on variable operations. Physical requirements of standing, walking, sitting and lifting (50lbs) may be necessary.

Working Conditions: Standard working conditions. Subject to difficult deadlines and sensitive situations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
